D. INCLUDED in the GUEST RATE:
Concierge service,
Cleaning and change of linens and towels on check-in and check-out. More cleanings for the Villa Farfalla, two cleanings during the week and on Saturday for longer stays then a week
Heating and air conditioning, unlimited high speed Wi-Fi internet access (available indoor and outdoor), landscaping, hot tub and pool cleaning service.
E. NOT INCLUDED in the GUEST RATE
extra maid service 20 euro per hour, personal laundry service 20 euro per hour, cooking/meal prep services, additional services upon request
F. PAYMENTS
a) Booking down payment is 50% of the NET PRICE to Owner, not more than three days following every confirmed booking by a customer. This booking down payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.
b) Balance 50% of the NET PRICE to Owner The Client will pay the balance of the rental to the OWNER by bank wire not less than 30 days prior to the arrival. If the BALANCE IS NOT PAID before the guests’ arrival, the guest will either need to pay in cash upon arrival and will receive a proper receipt for the monies received OR the guest WILL BE REFUSED access to the property.
c) Security deposit: €300. In case of damage, within 5 days of departure the customer will be informed of the cost of the damage. Upon request, written quotes from a professional for damages during the month of August will not be possible until the 15th of September due to the summer holidays when various professionals are not available.
G. CANCELLATION BY THE GUEST
The cancellation of a reservation requires the payment of penalties by the customer as follows, except in case the owner communicates that the property would be for any technical reason unavailable.
THE OWNER WILL WITHHOLD:
50% of the total price due to owner if cancellation communicated before the 31st day from the beginning of the stay.
100% of the total price due to owner if cancellation communicated within 30 days prior to the beginning of the stay.
